Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
My grandfather, He served in the war, his stories and life experiences I will cherish forever. I remember how he served for his country and I honor that.
What is your proudest personal accomplishment (other than participating in this pageant)?
Being Independent, Working hard for my dreams and goals, Just recently purchased my dream car and moving out on my own.
What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?
The most interesting or unique thing that has happened to me is this right here. Miss Universe Canada has changed my life physically and mentally. I am healthier and more knowable. It is not about winning it is about making a difference in my community, to take every experience negative and positive. I have learned so much and am still learning. This is one of the greatest opportunity. I am truly thankful for participating in this pageant, It makes me and my family so proud. It would be a dream come true. One of the most interesting things about me is I never give up, no matter how many times I fail, I am determined to succeed.
What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My career ambition is to one day be a fashion designer, create my own line that would include clothing, handbags, and accessories. Every piece of mine would be unique and one of a kind, handmade, and proceeds of it would go to helping battered women in less fortunate countries.
What would be your “dream job” in life?
My dream job would be to be a diplomat for this country. To represent my country also to be an international Model/Actress. Direct a Film, and write a cook book.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was raised with 3 other siblings, 2 sisters and 1 brother. My mom was a single hard working mother always taught me to appreciate everything in life and to never give up. Grew up in a very diverse school, I always was shy, but as I grew older and more confident, it helped me grow as a person. My father was very strict growing up, but understood modeling was my passion. I attended College in 2010 completed my course and now currently working at Vancouver General Hospital, were I often volunteer on my lunch break and after work. I am very independent, currently living on my own and just saved up and bought my dream car. I learned throughout life you will fail many times, never give up because you will always succeed. I appreciate everything in life, the good the bad and learned never take anything for granted. I am blessed to have such an amazing opportunity. It will help me with the person I want to become, and I will let my inner beauty help me with that.
