Occupation:
Jacqueline rideout was born and raised in the town of Labrador city, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. Not only is she a proud Canadian she is proud to be from a very small town of an estimate of 8000 people. She feels being from a small town has made her appreciate the world around her more, which has created her want to explore and learn about the rest of the world.
She has a passion for music teaching herself to sing and play basic guitar from an early age, she plays some sports such as soccer and softball, she enjoys modelling, and of course pageantry.
She is very proud to be the first mother to ever compete in MUC, she feels being a mother has helped her confidence level grow dramatically, not entering her first pageant until after her daughter was born because before until then she never felt confident enough to compete or leave her comfort zones. She had her second child in 2017, a son, she is now a mother of two and a wife.
Dealing with mental health issues early in her childhood she felt she needed to learn more about them and became and advocate for mental health. Offering a helping hand to people with the same issues, she has opened up more with her story in hopes it will help someone else reach out and get help.
After high school she studied aesthetic’s and became a nail technician opening her own business in 2015 and fully operating alone to this day. Just recently adding jewellery making to her business.
She loves to volunteer with her children’s activities and using her Aesthetic skills such as visiting the long term care unit at her local hospital monthly and doing the nails of the elderly that are living there. She loves the joy and happiness it brings to their lives.
