I love learning new things through reading and writing, exploring new places through traveling, and capturing those moments through photography. Giving back to my community through volunteering and charity work is important to me, particularly environmental stewardship.
List any special training you have had (music, art, drama, dance, etc.)
Although I haven’t had extensive training in any one area, I’ve had the opportunity to try several new activities over the years. When I was younger, I tried a variety of sports and activities, including swimming, gymnastics, taekwondo, and guitar. While I didn’t pursue formal training in all of them, I enjoyed learning new skills and staying active. These experiences allowed me to explore different interests and develop valuable skills that have stayed with me.

Swimming, dancing, gymnastics, taekwondo, and figure skating.
Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
My grade 8 teacher. She unintentionally taught me one of the most valuable lessons, that expectations can be a powerful motivator. She instilled in me the belief that high expectations lead to high results, and while sometimes they may seem daunting, they have the power to energize and motivate us towards success. Her teachings have remained with me and continue to inspire me to aim for excellence in all aspects of my life.
What is your proudest personal accomplishment (other than participating in this pageant)?
As an 18-year-old who just completed their first year of university, I would say that my proudest personal accomplishment so far is successfully navigating the transition to higher education. I worked hard to adapt to the new academic demands, manage my time effectively, and get involved in extracurricular activities. Looking back on my first year, I feel proud of what I achieved and excited about the future.
What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?
One of my most meaningful experiences was organizing events and teaching youth about environmental conservation through nature walks. We learned about invasive species and planted trees, and it was inspiring to see how much the kids enjoyed learning about the environment. Our goal was not only to educate them about the environment but also to empower them to take a more active role in their environmental rights.
What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My career ambition is to become a professor and educate others about sustainability. Currently, I am enrolled in a program that will help me gain the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this field. Ultimately, I hope to inspire and empower others to make positive changes for our planet’s future.

One where I would be well-equipped to travel and make a lasting impact on the environment by educating others on the importance of environmental stewardship and the role we all play in creating a more sustainable future.
