Allison L. Kassidy Perez is a Black, Latina, and French Canadian trailblazer who embodies resilience and unapologetic representation. She is a force of nature — breaking records, shaping policy, and connecting communities across borders. Representing Québec at Miss Universe Canada 2025, she proves that beauty and impact can absolutely coexist.

Currently, Allison is on track to complete one of the fastest Bachelor’s degrees in Canadian history, having completed 32 full university courses in just 37 weeks across three universities — a feat placing her among Canada’s highest-performing scholars. She also shattered expectations by completing a one-year government-recognized diploma in under 14 days — the fastest in her institution’s history.

Her commitment to human rights is just as groundbreaking. While working in the UK, Allison designed and implemented a workplace sexual harassment policy, directly improving employee safety and dignity. She has she contributed to emergency health care services for Indigenous communities in Northern Canada, reinforcing her commitment to equity and representation.
Founder of the IRiseAnyway™ Movement, Allison drives resilience, empowerment, and representation. Through this platform, she organized over 50 handwritten “resilience letters,” distributed care packs, and raised funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). Under the #OperationLetKidsBeKids initiative, her work expands this fall to the Dominican Republic with a school supply drive for vulnerable children, with plans to grow into Cape T own, London, and Nairobi.

As a model and singer-songwriter, Allison uses her platform to amplify unheard voices. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian — with basic knowledge of Mandarin and Romanian — Allison is a true polyglot and cultural connector. With lived experience across Asia, the UK, Italy, and Canada, and a core belief that “I refuse to take no for an answer”, she uses every tool she has — intellect, voice, and vision — to defend, inspire, and uplift.
