Melissa Mohamed is a self-driven motivational student, currently enrolled in Seneca College for early childhood education. Hoping to be a teacher, she has also completed medical office administrator training and lab technician college diplomas and has worked in the medical fields. Growing up in the city Melissa enjoyed dance such as ballet, zumba and hip hop. She has also enjoyed modelling, fashion and pageants for many years. Melissa has most recently volunteered for charity at IWFFC fashion show last year, and currently works at the Rogers Stadium as a concessions supervisor.

Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?

My Grandmother, for all the love dedication and work she inspired me to be like.

What is your proudest personal accomplishment (other than participating in this pageant)?

Graduating College twice in medical office admin both and Lab Technicien (phlebotomy).

What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?

Many years ago, my mother and I bought a residency in Cancun Mexico.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?

I am becoming a teacher and am attending college and will graduate next year 2027.

What would be your “dream job” in life?

To be Miss Universe Canada 2026 and compete in Puerto Rico in the Miss Universe.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.

I was born and raised in Canada, I went to school in Toronto and i enjoyed ballet and swimming, collecting stickers, sports and daycare.

List any interesting or unusual jobs you may have had.

Helping my mother to learn how to fix cars and sell them.

Living my dream and completing my goals and making new ones in the near future.
