MU Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, MUC Paola Nunez Valdez and former Prime Minister of Canada inspired the Students learning English in Toronto at the International Language Academy of Canada at a Special Speakers Forum.
Yesterday Toronto heard and witnessed the indelible and unforgettable Passion and Voice of a Girl who at 11 became the breadwinner of her Family thru her modeling work and later acting work.
Toronto’s ILAC International Students and MUC 2015 Alumni present, felt the absolute Love with which Mia’s Mother raised her and her sister and the humility and kindness which envelops Pia’s every step.
Toronto understood just why Miss Universe 2015 is so admired and respected by so so so many in the 4 corners of the planet while sharing her message of Zero Tolerance with Bullying and Cyber-Bullying.
For her purpose and shining example transcends continents, her message inspiring and unforgettable to all those blessed to come across her resplendent light which reminds us just how high a human being can climb and how many times one falls when climbing to the mountaintop.

Paola Nunez Valdez Miss Universe Canada 2015 was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to Toronto with her Mother at the age of 10. She didn’t speak a word of english when she arrived in the most diverse City in the World.
14 Years later she is a College Graduate and charismatic young lady who honours her Hispanic Heritage and all she shares with her fellow Canadians.
Like Pia Miss Universe, Paola was raised by a single mother who loved her Children unconditionally encouraging her Daughter to reach for the heavens and work harder than most.
Miss Universe Canada shared the ugly pain and the scars of being bullied when she was young and the grace to overcome her challenges.
While many talk about history, Former Prime Minister of Canada John Turner is living Canadian history.
He spoke to ILAC Students about the lessons he learned in a political life of more than 40 years and the importance of Democracy and Diversity and how they have shaped our beloved home of Canada and how important they are to the building of Nations.
