Nataliya Klinovska was born in Ukraine and immigrated to Canada at the age of seven. Now based in Toronto, she works at the Canada Infrastructure Bank—a federal institution that invests in projects that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She believes that infrastructure is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve quality of life, promote equity, and unlock opportunities for Canadians.
A first-generation immigrant, Nataliya understands firsthand how difficult it is to start over. That’s why she spends her time volunteering with refugees and immigrants—helping newcomers navigate the systems, resources, and daily realities of building a life in Canada. She’s deeply passionate about breaking cycles of poverty and creating opportunities for people to thrive, no matter where they start.
When she’s not in the office or giving back to her community, you’ll likely find her exploring Toronto’s food scene. A true foodie, she believes that meals aren’t just about flavour—they’re about culture, connection, and storytelling.
