Miss Universe Canada

Kainat Azamee

Hometown:
 Montreal, PQ

Occupation: Co-Founder of KN Medical Esthetics

Kainat Azamee is a proud Canadian with Afghan heritage, entrepreneur, creative, multilingual and advocate for women’s empowerment. After immigrating to Canada at the age of 11, she experienced firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture while fulfilling the expectations of a strict and conservative upbringing. Coming from a country where most women are still denied basic rights such as education and freedom of expression, Canada gave her the opportunity to discover her voice, embrace her individuality, and become her authentic self.

Although the journey of finding herself was not always easy, Kainat overcame obstacles to build the life she once only dreamed of. From a young age, she always knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur and create a future where she could inspire and uplift others. After completing her studies at Vanier College in Montreal, she planned to pursue International Relations to advocate for human rights and was accepted into St Mary’s University in the United Kingdom. However, the COVID-19 pandemic changed the course of her plans. She discovered another passion close to her heart: skin health, beauty, wellness, and helping others feel confident within themselves. Determined to turn that passion into purpose, Kainat pursued medical esthetics and founded KN Medical Esthetics in Montreal. Through her work, she has created a space focused on confidence, empowerment, and self-care. Her goal is to help women feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. For Kainat, beauty is not about perfection; it is about healing, self-expression, and being authentic.

Having experienced periods of emotional struggle herself, Kainat recognizes how important it is to break the stigma surrounding mental health. She is committed to using her voice to promote awareness and remind others that seeking support is a sign of strength. These experiences shaped her resilience, strengthened her character, and inspired her to embrace her unique story. Throughout her journey, Kainat faced personal challenges that taught her the importance of mental health, self-worth, and perseverance.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Kainat remains deeply connected to the creative arts, including modeling, dance, painting, and fashion. Despite personal and cultural challenges growing up, her passion for creativity never faded. She continuously pushed herself beyond fear and limitations to pursue the life she envisioned for herself.

Through Miss Universe Canada, Kainat aims to raise awareness for mental health and inspire others to overcome adversity with courage and resilience. Her mission is to empower women to embrace their individuality, recognize their value, and believe that no obstacle is greater than their potential.
