Since childhood, Kimberley dreamed of one day becoming part of the Miss Universe Canada 2026 stage. For her, pageantry has always represented more than beauty. It symbolizes purpose, representation, confidence, and the power to inspire others through authenticity. Her journey as an immigrant taught her the importance of perseverance, faith, and embracing change with courage. Starting over in a new country came with challenges, but those experiences shaped her into a woman determined to create opportunities not only for herself, but also for the people and communities around her.
Driven by a passion for service, Kimberley dedicated much of her time to community involvement and volunteer work across Ontario. She has supported organizations including Asian Community AIDS Services, Hamilton Food Share, and Mission Thrift Store. Through initiatives focused on supporting seniors, families, and individuals experiencing homelessness, she hopes to remind people that kindness and compassion can create meaningful change. Her experiences in healthcare and volunteerism strengthened her belief that true beauty is measured by how we uplift and care for others.
Kimberley uses her platform to encourage people to embrace who they are unapologetically and pursue their dreams regardless of obstacles or limitations. She believes that every challenge carries a lesson, and every dream is possible through faith, hard work, and determination. As she steps onto the Miss Universe Canada stage, Kimberley carries not only her personal dreams, but also the stories of resilience, hope, and empowerment that continue to inspire her journey.

Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
One person who has had the biggest influence on my life, aside from my parents, is myself. Moving to Canada from the Philippines, adapting to a new environment, overcoming challenges, and continuing to pursue my dreams taught me resilience, independence, and self-belief. Through every struggle and achievement, I learned how to stand strong, work hard, and keep moving forward no matter what life brings. Those experiences shaped me into the woman I am today and inspired me to use my journey to empower and uplift others.
What is your proudest personal accomplishment (other than participating in this pageant)?
My proudest personal accomplishment, aside from participating in this pageant, is building a life for myself in Canada after moving from the Philippines. Adjusting to a new country, pursuing my studies at Mohawk College, and becoming a dedicated healthcare professional while continuing to follow my dreams taught me strength, perseverance, and determination.
I’m also proud of using my platform to give back to the community through volunteer work and charity initiatives, because making a positive impact in the lives of others is one of my greatest achievements.
What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?
What makes my journey unique is that while building a career in healthcare, I also pursued my passion for pageantry, advocacy, and community service. Being crowned Ms Galaxy Canada 2025 gave me the opportunity to inspire others, represent my community, and use my voice to support meaningful causes.
I believe my story shows that no matter where you come from, with determination, hard work, and confidence, you can achieve your dreams while uplifting others along the way.
What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My career ambition is to continue growing as a healthcare professional while also using my platform in pageantry, advocacy, and community service to inspire and make a meaningful impact. I believe success is not only about personal achievement but also about helping others and creating positive change.
To accomplish this goal, I continue to gain experience in healthcare, strengthen my skills, and stay committed to lifelong learning. At the same time, I actively participate in volunteer work, charity initiatives, and pageantry opportunities that allow me to raise awareness, connect with communities, and use my voice to advocate for causes close to my heart. Through dedication, passion, and perseverance, I hope to build a future where I can combine service, leadership, and advocacy to empower others.
What would be your “dream job” in life?
My dream job in life is to become a flight attendant because I have always loved traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures around the world. I enjoy connecting with others, helping people feel comfortable, and creating positive experiences wherever I go.
Being a flight attendant would allow me to combine my passion for service, communication, and adventure while representing professionalism, confidence, and kindness. I believe this career would also help me grow personally by learning from different cultures and expanding my perspective through travel and new experiences.
Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was raised in a loving and lively household surrounded by my siblings and a big extended family, often referred to as the RK6.Growing up in a big family made my childhood very special because there was always laughter, energy, and people to share life with.
My childhood was filled with togetherness, support, and unforgettable memories. Even though we faced challenges along the way, being surrounded by my family taught me the importance of unity, resilience, and always looking out for one another. Those experiences shaped me into someone who values strong family bonds and cherishes every moment spent with loved ones.
List any interesting or unusual jobs you may have had.
I have had the opportunity to work in event coordination, where I specialize in creating memorable experiences for clients. I love bringing events to life whether weddings, parties, or special celebrations by focusing on details that help people create lasting memories.
List any volunteering you have done.
I have been actively involved in several community volunteer initiatives, including supporting local food banks such as Hamilton FoodShare and participating in donation drives to help individuals and families in need. I’ve volunteered with the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Peel, and I’ve also taken part in outreach events like the Cram a Cruiser donation drive with Hamilton FoodShare to collect non-perishable food items for homeless communities.
In addition, I’ve supported Asian Community AIDS Services ACAS through community events such as PinkDot, and I’ve contributed to seasonal initiatives like Santa for Seniors and Operation Head to Toe, where we collected and distributed gifts, clothing, and essential items for seniors and vulnerable individuals during the holiday season.
What is your most unusual talent?
My unusual talent is my ability to bring people together and create meaningful experiences out of events and moments.
I don’t just organize things I build memories. Whether it’s planning weddings and celebrations, volunteering in the community, or representing causes through pageants, you naturally know how to connect people, uplift them, and make them feel part of something special.
That mix of event coordination, creativity, and community driven leadership is what really sets me apart.
Where is the most interesting place you have been to?
Punta Cana is often described as one of the most memorable places in the Caribbean because of its turquoise water, long white beaches, and all-in-one resort culture it’s the kind of place where everything feels like it’s built around relaxation and celebration.
Another one is Montreal, which is interesting in a completely different way. It blends European style old architecture with modern city life, plus festivals, food culture, and a very artistic vibe all year round.
If I connect it to your own experiences, places like Punta Cana and Montreal already sit in that most interesting category because they’re not just about the location, but the memories and events tied to them.
What do you hope to be doing in ten years?
Ten years from now, that could easily be a reality possibly even in a senior or international role where you’ve built experience and traveled extensively.
At the same time, you’ve built a strong foundation in healthcare and community service. It wouldn’t be surprising if you were still working in healthcare in some capacity, or even moving into leadership, training, or advocacy work within that field.
And there’s also your creative and public side events, pageants, and community initiatives. In ten years, you could be someone who organizes larger-scale events, mentors others, or leads community projects and charity work on a much bigger platform.
So a realistic picture could look like this You’re traveling more, possibly working in aviation, still connected to healthcare or wellness in some way, and using your voice and experience to lead, inspire, and support community causes.
Is there anything you would like to add that we haven’t asked?
What make you decide to join Miss Universe Canada?
A clear way to say it could be I want to be the next Miss Universe Canada 2026 representative because I am committed to using my voice and platform to inspire others, uplift my community, and represent Canada with confidence, purpose, and authenticity on the international stage showing the authentic version of me.
