Amber Bernachi competed for “Best Eco Dress” during one of the competitions leading up to the finals this Friday April 14th. She designed her own dress made from VCR tape and CDs both of which are no longer used because of the advancement of technology. Instead of throwing these materials away they have been made into a beautiful mermaid inspired dress.
