GRAMMY® WINNING SINGER, SONGWRITER AND RECORD PRODUCER NE-YO

TO PERFORM AT THE 2018 MISS UNIVERSE® COMPETITION

The three-hour special programming event airs live Sunday, December 16 at 7pm ET on FOX

The 2018 MISS UNIVERSE® competition and FOX have announced NE-YO, the three-time GRAMMY® award-winning megastar as the first performer set to take the global stage during this year’s event in Bangkok, Thailand.

Model, entrepreneur and body activist, Ashley Graham returns as backstage host to take viewers behind-the-scenes interacting with the women participating in the competition. TV personality and style guru Carson Kressley and supermodel and pageant expert Lu Sierra team up once again as competition insiders to provide analysis and commentary throughout the live telecast.

As previously announced, Five-time Emmy® Award winner, and one of television’s favorite entertainers, Steve Harvey is set to host. The event will feature a record number of women representing nearly 100 countries competing in multiple categories and will result in reigning Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, from South Africa, crowning her successor.
