I would like to encourage everyone to join me on this journey with Operation Smile. Lets all raise awareness through the hashtag #OpSmile and #giveasmile.
· Miss Monika’s #OpSmile Feature Menu
Mocha Cabana in Lethbridge, Alberta is hosting a feature menu in honour of my Operation Smile Campaign. This menu is to both raise awareness and monetary funds for Operation Smile. The menu will run from April 1, 2015, to May 10, 2015.
· Speaking at Southern and Central Alberta Schools
I have been speaking at schools throughout Southern and Central Alberta about Operation Smile. I am using these appearances to raise awareness about Operation Smile with today’s youth.
I have also been getting the youth involved through a “Give a Smile” art contest. The winning art pieces will be auctioned off at my finale event to raise additional funds for Operation Smile.
· Miss Monika’s #OpSmile: Spring Fling
On April 26, 2015, at WURST Calgary, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm I will be hosting a finale event in honour of Operation Smile. This event will bring a close to the #OpSmile Campaign. The event will include appetizers, cocktails, a silent auction table and the “Give a Smile” art auction.
I will be addressing my guest with a short presentation about Operation Smile and their initiatives. All proceeds from ticket sales, silent auction table and “Give a Smile” art contest will be donated to Operation Smile.
