TORONTO & HAMILTON, ON (October 3, 2017) – A Canadian tradition, the 66th annual Miss Universe Canada will be crowned on Saturday October 7th at the John Bassett Theatre inside the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The new Miss Universe Canada 2017 will represent our Country at the annual Miss Universe 2017 Pageant taking place in Planet Hollywood Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada in November.

The 65 MUC 2017 National Delegates will spend Wed. Oct. 4th in the City of Hamilton starting with a School Visit to Collegiate Avenue Elementary School at 9:00am followed by Rehearsals at the Lincoln Alexander Event Center.

Social Responsibility lies at the Heart of the Miss Universe Canada Organization.

Tomorrow night beginning at 6:00pm, the MUC 2017 National Delegates will attend DINNER 4 HOPE Charity Fund Raiser Dinner hosted by the Colombian Refugees Association at NARULA’S Banquet Hall to provide funding for the Refugee Families currently being supported by the Colombian Refugees Association in the City of Hamilton.

Canada is one of only four countries (along with France, Germany, and the USA) which have competed in each Miss Universe(r) pageant since its inception in 1952.

The 65 National Delegates arrived in Toronto on Saturday September 30 vying to represent Canada at Miss Universe 2017.

The MUC 2017 Presentation Show begins at 8 pm on Thursday October 5th at the John Bassett Theatre.

The MUC 2017 Finale begins at 8:00pm on Saturday October 7th a the John Bassett Theatre and will be Live Streamed Globally on www.missuniversecanada.ca
